Microbes with a hunger for CO2

Carbon dioxide is the most debated resource of our time: as a waste product of burning fossil fuels, it affects the climate and is considered one of the main causes of global warming. But there is another way to look at it: carbon dioxide is as plentiful as sand at the beach, and it's free. Let's do something useful with it!

For example, let's use CO2 from flue gas as a carbon source for microbes in a bio-based industrial process.

Our scientists have already developed many innovative solutions for a wide range of specific industrial needs. We love the challenge of solving tough problems. What challenge do you have for us?
