Fermented stevia leaves

Fermented stevia leaves are the base for a fermented ingredient, developed in the BRAIN Group. The natural sweetener is low-calorie, natural and three times sweeter than sugar. It has an adaptable taste – in contrast to traditional stevia products.

 

The fermented preparation is intended to be used as a sweetening ingredient for beverages and food preparations including dairy products in order to reduce the calories of a product without loss of sweetness.

 

Taste characteristics and the level of sweetness can be modulated to meet the specific demands of consumers.
